How do I get the free birthstone studs? Do I need a code?

Simply add the earrings you'd like to purchase to your basket and the discount will automatically be applied.

Do the studs come with earring backs?

Yes, all studs come with earring backs. Whilst, gold and silver backs enclosed in silicone can be bought, all the sets come with standard backs.

What ages are these earrings recommended for?

Our earrings are recommended for toddlers from the age of approximately 2 to teens aged 16. Our earrings are not recommended for children under the age of 2.

Where is my order?

Orders placed can be tracked using the tracking number provided. If any issues arise, do not hesitate to contact us where we can look into it further.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours using a next day delivery service. Expect to receive your order within 2 working days of purchasing. Parcels must be signed for.

Can I return the earrings if I don't like them?

We understand that people change their minds, so with us, yes you can! However, we will only accept returns if the box hasn't been opened or tampered with. Our earring cases allow you to see the earrings before opening. Once the labels have been removed, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.

How long do I have to return a product?

We accept returns up to 30 days after your order was placed. However all orders placed in December can be returned by the 25th of January the following year.
