UK Shipping Rates & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is shipped. Orders placed can be tracked using the tracking number provided. If any issues arise, do not hesitate to contact us where we can look into it further. 

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or UPS using a tracked, next day service. If no-one is available, your parcel will be left in your safe place or taken back to a local depot when you can request a redelivery of your goods. 

Returns

We understand that people change their minds, so our jewellery can be exchanged and returned. However, we will only accept returns if the box hasn't been opened or tampered with. Our earring cases allow you to see the earrings before opening. Once the labels have been removed, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.
