Return portal is not accessible
The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
- Enter your name, order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email
- Send your items using the label provided
What items are returnable?
You can return all your items within 30 days of placing you order, except orders placed in December which can be returned up until the 31st of January.
- They must be in original condition, in unopened packaging (unless faulty).
- Labels cannot be removed or tampered with.
Please note that when returning a set of birthstone studs as part of our 3 for two offer, a refund cannot be given as this would count as your 'free' product.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
What are the refund opions?
- By default we will make the refund to your original payment method.
- Contact us if you would like your refund as store credit.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
